BSC Implementation Challenges with Robotic Floor Cleaning Machines and High-Tech Products
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | Session Room 205B
The purpose of this this session is to provide insights to BSC decision-makers in a way that enables them to fully understand, evaluate, and justify their investments in robotic floor scrubbers and vacuums. It’s common knowledge that labor costs account for the largest share of total cleaning costs. Floor care consumes a considerable potion of cleaning labor.
This session will focus on how LaserClean Systems is bridging the chasm between growing robotic manufacturers and distributors as well as demonstrate how BSCs can develop floor care workflow systems utilizing robotics.
Our current floor cleaning workflow includes floor scrubbing and vacuum robotics. We will discuss how automation has allowed for the reassignment of labor, increased our productivity and the challenges we faced along the way. It will also cover change management, how to reduce costs and identify opportunities that create more value, workflow management systems and reporting.
- Understand, evaluate and justify investments in robotic equipment
- Discuss floor care workflow with robotics
- Explain how automation changes processes
- Identify opportunities with robotics
